We are master craftsmen, combining traditional British cabinetmaking with precision engineering to deliver exceptional bespoke furniture and joinery for superyachts and the finest private residences worldwide.
For over 25 years, we have partnered with discerning clients across high-end residential and superyacht projects, bringing clarity, technical expertise and uncompromising quality to every stage.
From early design development through to manufacture, installation and aftercare, we deliver a complete service across every project.
Jonathan Rose Fine Furniture was founded on a singular conviction: that the finest spaces in the world deserve furniture of equal distinction.
Working from Manor Farm Workshops in Milbourne, Wiltshire, Jonathan and his team create pieces that transcend the merely functional — combining the traditions of English cabinetmaking with the precision demanded by the world's most discerning clients.
With more than 25 years refining the craft of cabinetmaking, we work intimately with interior designers, naval architects and private clients worldwide — translating a brief, or sometimes no more than a feeling, into something extraordinary and lasting.
Our work spans superyachts in the Mediterranean to country estates, London townhouses and private residences across twelve countries. The common thread is an uncompromising devotion to material, proportion and finish.
Every interior we create is a testament to our ability to solve complex challenges while delivering uncompromising quality.
We work across a breadth of styles — from classical and heritage detailing to contemporary, highly engineered spaces — always beginning with a deep understanding of how a space is truly lived in.
From a full fitted library to a single dining table of rare perfection, our approach never changes: absolute care for timber selection, grain matching, proportion and surface.
"The library Jonathan created for us is without question the finest room in our house — it looks as though it has always been there."

Now in its seventh year, the Snowdon Summer School is a week-long programme for eight talented furniture makers, set at The King's Foundation at Highgrove in the Cotswolds.
Students live together on-site, learning fine dovetail drawer-making in sycamore and elm, developing ideas for marquetry tabletops and producing a finished piece of furniture — forming a vehicle for the skills required to work in industry at the highest level. Taught by Nick Wright and Jonathan Rose.
"The Summer School demands that you work to a very high standard, as would be expected in a commercial set-up. Maintaining this high quality throughout all my work will be my benchmark going forward."
